Women are remarkable, they are beautiful, calm, gentle. They are the ocean mist from the sea, nurturing your body with an inviting sense of freedom, the warmth on the skin or the feeling of the sea on your lips engulfing you in a invigorating sensation.  Women are the sun rays that pass through the clouds to give you hope, to help make believe. They can be soft and durable at the same time or they can crash hard then wrap your body in silk. Women are the base of the totem pole that keeps the head afloat. They’re the second wind when gasping for your last breathe. They perform miracles we consider as normal. They breathe life into this world. They’ve endured as much as us and there is no reason they shouldn’t be in the same race. They are just as bigger, stronger, and faster in an overabundance of wondrous ways. Women are the essential link between time well spent and time lost.

                 The mother watches the cub, nurtures the pup, guides the child until they are ready to make the choices themselves. Women are the answer to the problem; not the cause, they are the process towards knowledge. I look at women and I see the future. I see my son or daughter; I see a teacher, scientists, artists, and a true president – a diplomat to the world. Be kind to woman, be kind to men, but as men we should not look at them with dissimilarities but instead as allies, complimenting our imperfections to make us, as a whole even more powerful as a people. They encourage the child’s behavior but step in as an advocate to the lead them righteously. The Mother, the wife, the daughter whoever it may be, the women are the future and it’s a shame to know that they are being disregarded, even in this day and age where not more then 100 years ago they were greatly oppressed. When brought to the basic necessities of life we need women now more than ever. They really don’t need us and through science it’s become apparent. Have mercy on us all: To the ever-loving all-powerful women.
