Jamiel St. Rose is an experienced actor and creative director. Born in Vallejo, California Jamiel made his way to southern California and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Electronic Arts: Theory and Practice of Cinema with a minor in Theatre from California State University, Long Beach. Since graduating in 2014 he has been involved in several short films and theatre plays all while continuing his training as an actor taking intensive courses at the Academy of Art University, The A.C.T Conservatory and The Berkeley Repertory School of Theatre. He has recently relocated to New York and is a student at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.

Jamiel St. Rose is a multifarious artist that surrounds himself around culture, art, travel and sports. Not only passionate about film but rather a calling, every facet of his life brings him back to storytelling. Jamiel aims to gain expertise while contributing to the overall prestige of the art of filmmaking.

Established in 2015, The Waterfront Films is the film and television production company of actor and filmmaker Jamiel St. Rose. The name of the company is derived from the Vallejo Waterfront where Jamiel cultivated his imagination. The Waterfront Films mission is to create high quality content through captivating storytelling and living truthfully under imaginary circumstances.
